Moroccan Food is considered one of the richest in the world, recognized for its profusion of flavors and colors,
fruit of multiple cultural heritages (Berber, Arabic, Jewish, Andalusian). This cuisine is characterized by the
combination of sweet / salty and the contribution of many spices, again present in both salty dishes and desserts.
Moroccan cuisine is therefore a reflection of its history and the successive peoples who settled there.
We offer you through these workshops to learn how to use our traditional ingredients to be able
to make, at home, a true Moroccan meal elaborated in the purest tradition of the family cooking.
In small groups or individually a mystery recipe that you will prepare without assistance or
assistance will be awarded. After giving your preparations to the kitchen for cooking, our Chef will
blindly taste each of them to designate the Top Chef of the day who will receive a diploma in
good and due form.
